The RX Shell utilizes a Natural Stance, by having a more upright ramp angle to give you a better power transfer with modern fat, and rockered skis. Langes Mono-Injected Polyether Shell is more consistent with temperature changes, and is very easy for a boot fitter to shape to match the shape of your foot.
